1. This promotion runs from 00:00:01 on the 1st October 2011 to 23:59:59 until further notice (the 'Term').
2. Each offer period runs on a calendar month basis during the Term and expires at 23:59:59 on the last day of each month (the 'Offer').
Eligibility
3. This promotion is available to over 18s only who have a fully registered Sky Bet account, including a registered payment method. You must opt-in to the promotion to be eligible for each monthly Offer.
4. One Offer is permitted per Sky Bet account holder, household and IP address. Any accounts that are identified to be linked to an account already participating in this promotion will not be eligible.
5. Sky Bet reserves the right to exclude any customers at its sole discretion.
Rewards
6. Offer rewards consist of either (i) Sky Bet free bet tokens or (ii) Sky Account credits. You must select your desired reward prior to the relevant Offer period. Once selected, your chosen reward may not be changed within that Offer period.
7. In order to receive any reward you must obtain a certain number of loyalty stamps. One loyalty stamp is credited for every calendar day of the Offer that you stake a total of at least £10, or currency equivalent, (the 'Stake') at Sky Bet (www.skybet.com). More loyalty stamps will not be awarded to you for staking more than the Stake amount during one calendar day.
8. Loyalty stamps will be credited instantly upon achieving the Stake threshold up to a maximum of 20 loyalty stamps per customer per Offer.
9. Loyalty stamps earned from stakes on Tote and American racing will be credited within 72 hours.
10. Use of free bets or other promotions cannot be used in conjunction with this promotion and will not be included when calculating the Stake.
11. Stakes on the Sky Vegas, Sky Poker and Sky Bingo websites do not qualify for loyalty stamps.
12. Sky Bet Free bet tokens:
a. tokens can only be placed on single bets and tokens will expire 7 calendar days from when the token is granted if unused;
b. The free bet token amount will not be returned with any winnings.
13.Sky Account means an account held in your name or household with Sky TV, Sky Phone or Sky Broadband. Sky Go Monthly Subscriptions do not qualify as a Sky Account;
credit to your Sky Account will be applied 10 working days after the earlier of: (i) 20 stamps have been awarded to you, or (ii) the last day of the Offer period; credits will appear on your Sky Account with the description Credit Adjustment;
only active Sky Accounts will be eligible for credit being applied. Sky Bet reserves the right in its sole discretion to exclude certain account types from the promotion and any Offer;
if, for whatever reason, credit cannot be applied to your Sky Account, the equivalent amount of Sky Bet free bet tokens will be awarded and a notification email will be sent to you within 14 working days of the Offer expiring. No other prize or compensation of any kind will be awarded.
14. Sky Bet reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion and/or vary these terms and conditions at any time. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion and opting in to any Offer.
15. In the case of any dispute, Sky Bet's decision will be final in all cases.
16. This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
17. In the case of any breach of these terms and conditions or a customer becoming ineligible to participate in the promotion (in Sky Bet's sole discretion), Sky Bet reserves the right to withhold payment of any promotion amount, free bet or credit
18. Any customer who is:
a. self-excluded;
b. cooling off;
c. deemed by Sky Bet to be involved in fraudulent behaviour; or
